Actress Demi Moore is one of the top female actresses in Hollywood. Her longevity and consistency of starring roles serve as strengths in the success of her acting career thus far.  G.I. Jane, Disclosure and A Few Good Men are several films that serve to define her natural abilities as a polished actress.

For Moore, acting begins the minute she receives the script in hand. She starts her work off the set before the shoot. She takes the time to focus and develop each role she plays. In front of a camera, she emits her natural energy to create her character. As a result, her innate talent defines the essence of memorable scenes. In top films and independents the like, Moore portrays roles that are especially relevant. As a result, her role choices and work ethic have garnered her respect and box office appeal.

According to Deadline, Sony Pictures has added Moore to the cast of Scarlett Johansson’s new comedy film, Rock That Body. Moore is now joining the current production of the film in a supporting role starring alongside Johansson along with Saturday Night Live star Kate McKinnon, Jillian Bell, Illana Glazer, Zoe Kravitz and Modern Family star, Ty Burrell.  The rated R film tells the story of a group of five females who decide to get together in Miami to throw a wild bachelorette party. The ladies receive the surprise of their lives when one of the attendees who happens to be a male stripper does not make it out of the party alive.

Lucia Aniello is on board as the film’s lead director. Aniello is best known for her directorial work on the motion picture project, Broad City.  Matt Tolmach, Dave Becky, Paul W. Downs and Lucia Aniello serve as producers.  Aniello and Downs are co-writers. The film is slated for release in the summer of 2017.

Prior to this film, Moore’s most recent major film role was her most noteworthy acting role in the box office hit, Forsaken, starring with Kiefer and Donald Sutherland and directed by John Cassar.

What’s next after Rock That Body? In addition to this film, another major motion picture project Moore is set to work on in 2016 is Blind starring Alec Baldwin.
